Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States over $70. Please note that this applies to destinations within the contiguous US and excludes territories or international locations unless otherwise specified.

For international orders, please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be assessed by your country's customs. These charges are separate from our shipping fees and are not within our control.

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the US. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a material defect in the manufacturing of your dice box, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please understand that our dice boxes are handcrafted from natural wood, and as such, there will be natural variations in wood grain, color, and minor knots or imperfections. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered manufacturing defects and will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the defect. We may request photos to assess the issue.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom-made orders are created specifically to your specifications and are therefore not eligible for return unless there is a major defect in the manufacturing that significantly impacts the functionality or agreed-upon design. Any minor aesthetic variations in custom wood pieces will not be considered a manufacturing defect for the purposes of returns.

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will be  responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the manufacturing defect, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
